虽然今天没什么亲自动手，但有时这样更好，

大家都有得拍，有得学，

大家一起做才有感觉，

自己就把事情安排好来就可以了。

都很忙很忙，

有时候很多人情难还，也还不了，

没法子，就是这么忙

不小心又忽略了一个event了，

真的真的很不好意思。

有时候忙到想停止，

I made a decision for this Chinese New Year, I worked. It drives me to meet different people. Some people doubt about my action, it is so ridiculous that purposely discard my family, but busy with work.

After one week, I can firmly announce my decision make great changes and worth for my time. Unlike people shouting for tediousness, my busyness lead me no time to make any unbeneficial communication with anyone, but my speaking become more effective.

“Shake Shashimi, table twelve,” “Hot Green Tea, table ten,” these are what I had spoke in every night, no extra. Revise every year, what you did when stay with family, you gossip, complain government policies, but the topic usually remain similar, every year.

Some people said that Chinese New Year is the time to rest, but if you ever observe teenagers and young adults during Chinese New Year, they are tired with all different kinds of visiting and they have to spend a lot in gifts or travelling cost. They have to back to work with empty pocket and exhausted body.

If Chinese New Year does not mean good to us, there is valueless to greet “Happy Chinese New Year”. Why we have to stick with many inappropriate traditions?

This is not a rebellious idea, but we can always make changes.

一个简单的决定，我有了不一样的新年，我非常满意。

好多东西想要写，等明天吧，

去了两个地方打工，还是忙忙碌碌好，充实些。

不再是跟人无谓的聊着永远都说不完的童年笑话，

匆匆忙忙的，时间才过的快些。

新年过得好快，一点遗憾都没有，

在餐馆打工真的很好玩，

忙碌时随便一喊都像要杀人似，

放工时却没有任何瓜葛

做错就被骂，做了就谢谢。

有机会每天每天看这么多人，

有些人每天都来，

但大部分也许都不再见面了，

但你还是对他笑笑，

要茶吗？

不是小孩不做无谓的联系，

就连一个小女孩写给我的联系纸条，

我也弄丢了。

赚了不少钱也损失不少，因为我被打枪了，

人生很多来去努力储蓄有时候似乎是一场空，

人生本来就是空手来回，

难道你就白活了吗？不是的。

人生就是努力才有味道。

Just can't stop it

To stop something, there must be same level of momentum as the movement,

and go against it.

And to stop something, is much harder than to start something.

Your life just can't stop it, you know you can deny all the people,

but you are still, flowing frontward.

Life just can't stop, where people behind are coming, people in front are leaving,

people besides, never stay.

While you are changing, remember everyone changing, so your changing,

don't really mean for improvement, because people are improving as well.

To switch some attitude, you need strength to eliminate the old one,

and use much more power, to start new one.

I simply respect who able to love, loved, forget and forgiven,

in the end able to love again.

I just can't stop anything, so do mean, I have no power.

My eye tell me, something have to changed, something has to be done.

Every night I did, was the crying without tears, the silent screaming, the bravely fear.
Inside my deeper heart, my mind full of anger and wild.
Where I leave something to absorb my negative feelings.
The counsellor has told me, I stay disconnected to my emotion parts,

Recently, not only trying a new things, but this is one of my work!
It's has forced me to take that challenge.

Background removal, exchange cloth, face, eye no longer big challenge for me.
But now, Colorize the photos

It was so impossible when the first asked to do that. I only heard people complete this and attend into competition, but now, I did it!! Omgosh~

Patient and details in most important characteristic of photo editor. wow~

So the simple one, less than 2 hours should be okay.

so lets come the crazy one~~~

Sometimes things are not difficult as you think, the world full of possibilities!

you able to make complain, express your anger, but no longer can make acquisition.

you scold the person of all sort of description, beautiful words, over your emotion,

but the name will never shown, you are afraid of something.

Since when, your blogs are not the place you express something, but only to show something.

you able to write there, but no the way you like.

Since when, you think twice after you write, and read twice after you type.

Since when, you share your post on Facebook, post your link any where else,

and waiting for the traffic rise.

Since when, you dare to cry on your blog, but even tears are part of the cover.

Same things happened to me.

This is "Public Effects", where people experience the attention from crowd,

and love the feeling.

They share interesting information, whereas hope it can be knowledge of self and others.

The people who are lonely, to get more people with them, doing self-disclosure.

They write single sentence to get attention, write an article for the symbol of wisdom.

Where the effects that, make people felt they are one of the public figure, on the Facebook, or blog.

This is not something worst, human is a political animal, you are doing your best, to be a human.

You are completing your role, in the society, and nature as well.

UTAR Event - Halloween Party Night

As my honoured to be invited as event photographer again, Thanks Yeeteng.

I am just so KPC, love events, so I will try to attend all the events happened in UTAR, as I can. hehe

The night was pretty good, everyone dressed nicely, make up ghostly. But many students trying to distinct from others, they act some anime and cartoon. This was nice cos-play and party night.

Unexpected holiday

Plan for a nice holiday, date some KL friends, have some gathering or dinner.
But in the end, work together!

It's freaking tired, exhausting work.

But I still able to enjoy for sure.
Not only for the money, but also the process of learning and doing.

But won't do that again,
not only the reason of tiring, but
I feel like lying people while doing sales.
We did not clearly inform all our products, but just trying hard to push sales.

I am a Journalism student, not businessman.
My heart still plain.
Sorry all the Indonesian, Bangladesh, Philippines and, etc..

The November Night

Aha!After the nightmare and adjustment October.

I believe the new things new life,are waiting for me, in November.

and yet, I started busy.

Don't ask me why I am still busy,It's remain as unidentified problems as my financial management,

I was broke in last month, lose inboth relationship and my responsibility.

What a failure period.

Okay stoptalking about sad things, I do have happy moments.

1. Audio Technica Workshop and Campus TV team

Who are the people with me, still with me. Who are the people I try to make them with me, yet belongs to be, they leave me, its made the team completely better, without those demotivative peoples. Ya is you. When the leader fall in confidence crisis, I am glad much people still supporting around me. Yea. Audio Technica Workshop was a pretty simple and small event, and we learnt something useful, from it. My TV team was get the new direction, the future remain a mist, but we finally get the consensus to work towards it, together, without those peoples.

2.Employed by Bryan

An university student should notonly stay in academy study, but should explore into the other fields besideyamcha, PPS, Facebook. The actual culture from foreign university should be,Academic-Activities-Relationship-Working. Academic I have done with no worries,Activities I am distinction, Relationship I failed few times with still trying,and now enter to the new stage, Working. It's a pretty simple job, just helpingin his photo shop, I believe it will equip myself to be a more inclusiveknowledge as photography service provider. Although it just began two days, butI believe this was the new page of my uni life.

3. Alumni Fiesta and Homecoming Dinner - Chairman

So there I step down, another people are calling me up. Hey peeps, please don't bias and overused your authority, warning may get to you. But this task was pretty challenging for me, yes I am standing here to fight the world.

4. Malaysia 100 leading graduates employer dinner
Everyone walking around, approach people, exchange name card ( I am the only one do not have name card), and now I know this activity name "Cocktail". What a shame. Afterwards, it is a classy dinner, with French style meal served, many forks, spoons, knifes put on the table, my act just fool like Mr. Bean. The first out campus formal event I attended, this will be a great eye opener for me.

Kung Fu Panda 2 - Trailer recreation assignment

One of the exciting, crazy, wild things that I wish to do in myuni life.My team was not that enthusiastic to this topic, they are morewish to choose the usual, trended - Here Is My Home. But so luckythey have the crazy leader, director, video caster and editor of the team, Iinfluenced them, to think over to my direction. Yea I did that. By halfmotivating and half forcing, we began the preparation, making the tools andmaterials, and yea, we did it.

In the process ofrecording, we do face a lot of challenges: weather, peoples, materials, andtime constraint. But the team work together, as the leader I able to empoweredeach other and complete my role. I gain my leadership confidence back, fromhere. Thanks team.

This was aextraordinary, distinguish experience, where we will only did once, in ourlife. I believe any time we view our video again, will rise up a happy smile.We did it not for the marks, but for the experience and learning, muchmeaningful.

It's time to do something else. October is a bad month for me. Indeed, I have to make changes to over it,
the priority in my university life have to be changed once again, in October.

Still have fresh memory what have been happened last year October, it has been for one year.
I thought I will never forget and forgive you, but now I can't remember who and what you did,
I thought I will sad for longer, but I start looking at others few days after,
the war just mean for nothing, the enemies has even gone.

No war will last forever, nothing will be stay with you when things gone,
why you fight with other, while just to leave people away and get for something will disappear.

Now it's come to the end of my journey, journey finding something to stay with you,
But everything will gone. It maybe meaningless to fight and find.

Make your life simple,
Smile, chat with friends overnight, have a good sleep, play some games, read something enjoyable, tidy your room, have a satisfying meal, call your parents, talk with elders,
say "hi" to people.

Responsible Photographer

Recently, photograph became another new responsibility to me.

I am glad that my friends trust, respect, assure my talent in photography, is my honoured do that.

I love record everything with my camera, life always have picture, it's mean to enjoy, happy, sharing about your life.

A simple capture with skill do surprise people,

a picture from DSLR do surprise people with quality,

some photography concept do make people know something new.

I am happy in that moment.

But surprise not continuous, I can't serve up my creativity every time, any time.

I may have a lot of ideas, but creative don't really occur sometimes when you need,

I am very sorry if you see that.

I love to take picture, but same I need your compliment,

but I try my best, to make every picture in best performance.

Fishing Day

It's a cloudy morning, people are still sticking on their bed in comfortable dreams, 4 men brought their tired body, gather, and went fishing. It's 8am.

We go through bushes, only get to the pond. We walk surround the pond, seek for suitable spot, throw the paddle board on the water, and start fishing.

Simple lesson given by our coach, Arnold, paddle boarding is not so hard as we thinking, it's just a game about balancing your weight on the water, with a board.

First one begin with the board was Michael. He go with life jacket and nervous. Adrian and me, we fish.

"How much time would you need to get the first fish?" I ask, after Arnold throw the bait into the water.

"Few seconds," By answering my question, Arnold get the first fish.

It's sounds simple.

Men like fishing, it is pretty addictive, have people quit their job, divorce, bankrupt, cause of fishing.

Like all other interest, fishing require knowledge, equipment, experience, talent, motivation and etc.
Next you will feel the sense of challenges and get back great achievement. Besides, interest based activities always make friends, and you will get closer with common interest peoples.

So every guys will have some interest that they like, as my interest in photography. But some people have only light touch like feather, and some people start crazy. Who knows what will happen, after you learn something new.

After we learnt it, me and Adrian start a small competition, who get more fish, and faster.

The result was, 1:3. Adrian defeated me with every 3 fishes he get, and I only get 1 fish in the same amount of time.

Maybe fishes do not like me.

Maybe it caused by another reason, Adrian is careful, gentle and kind to the fish, he will remove the hook softly, so the fish like him.

Okay I am fail in fishing, try the other.

Paddle Board is another activity in the day. It's my turn after Michael and Adrian.

I start paddle and row, as fast as I can in the beginning, I am just too energetic.

And when I get to the other end of the pond, look back.
"Omg, how I get here just now?" I am just no energy at all.

Another story telling time.

Once upon a time, a Landlord was old,sick and going dead. He order his 2 most loyal servant come to front of his bed.
"I have no son, no daughter, people will fight for my land after I dead. You two have serve me with your life, now go to my land, walk as you can, the place you step on, will belongs to you. Go!"

First servant walk as he can, endlessly, he desire for wealth. He walk and walk, when he tired, he think of his wealth can get from more land, and walk until very far apart and the sun fall, it's dawn. He look back, he don't know where he come from, and don't even have the energy to go back, and he dead on the half way.

Second servant learnt, he walk few hours and back to the house, claimed his belonging lands, and live happily as a small farmer.

Although the first farmer has dead, but his son claim the land from the landlord. They grow wheat and rices, hire people. The family become another landlord in the place.

Courage people dead on the way of chasing their dream, and only make changes to other.
Wise people live happily, and happy what they able to have.

Humans do have choice for their life. What will you choose, in your life. Money, power, or your life?

Luckily the pond was not unlimited, I still able to row back slowly.

Afterwards, we try both, fishing on the board.

All of us have a try with this an it is pretty difficult to do this.

Don't think that you have two hands and you can row and fish together, you just cannot do it simultaneously.

What people do, is row to a suitable spot, throw your bait into the water carefully, and wait for the fish.
But there is a problem,
wind blow and move you, from your spot. So get your fish fastest as you can, before you need to row back again.

We are going to leave before the sun getting sunny and hot.
I am trying to get last fish as end note of my morning, however I failed to do that,
sometimes we wish to have a nice and complete ending of something.
But please don't your happiness wait until the last, who know the future.
Get yourself comfort when you are able to do so.

Rain come on the way back home, if we leaving slow just now, we are going to be wet.

很有张力，刚看时震惊了下。

大概一星期前就发现大家再网络上传这个MV了，本来没去看的时候还以为，
李佳薇，前阵子很出名的,现在第一部MV,
应该是走台湾式，
-帅哥美女牌，大不了就几句对白
-然后歌手就对镜头唱歌，不然就跳舞。
-不然就露点肉

结果看了眼睛眨了几下，
恶心的虫，杂乱的环境，床戏(我是艺术的角度在欣赏咯^^)
画面的表达方式，配合她的超高音。
完全达到了玩音乐的高境界- 疯狂。

What are lacking in UTAR?

1. Media

Who can do it?

-Some people can do it. Bloggers can do it.

-UTAR have 16k students, and most students living closely around Kampar area. The community has no proper, and common establish media.

--To form up a strong community, and people will be like to staying inside, it’s media.

-Facebook? It is a private media that make people live in circle, you can only connect with your friend, and it is a public established network, which always have people easily enter into the community. They can, but should not “easily” or “unconsciously”

-Wble and intranet have totally failed in announcing any updated news due to the technical issue and unfriendly user interface.

-J-on has tried hard to do this, they have the first step well, but they didn’t take the next step well, “you know J-on right, but do you read frequently?”

-Many social forums tried to do so, for sure, they are failed.

Intranet can do it, if they solve some problems else.

-J-on can do it, if they start working hard.

-Someone still can do it.

向布列松學習︰10個街拍攝影貼士

街頭攝影大抵是每個拿相機的人都會做的事，路過的跑車、高聳的大廈、散步的小狗，我們也許都拍攝過。街拍攝影師 Eric Kim 最近分享了一篇文章，總結了他從攝影大師布列松身上所學到的十個街拍貼士，也讓我們互相學習。

1. 留心幾何圖案

從布列松的作品中，我們可以看見幾何學在他的照片上發揮重大功能，垂直線、水平線、對角線、曲線、三角、圓形、方形之類，集合而構成美麗的畫面，甚至成為了相框，當你在街道上散步拍照的時候，不妨多留意這些圖案。

2. 要耐心等待

「決定性瞬間」這句名言，可以理解為事情自己突然發生，亦可理解為忍耐的等候，即是說，等待照片裏每樣元素︰人物、背景、構圖及其他東西，都成為完美的時候，才拍照。當然這不代表無止境等待，但稍為增加我們的耐心，絕對有好處。

3. 要旅行遊歷

布列松到過印度、全歐洲、美國、中國甚至非洲，幾乎就是環遊世界了，他甚至在印度居住了一年，以浸淫於當地的文化，透過觀察及學習別人的生活，他拍出來的作品更有意思。拍攝我們的社區當然好，但遊歷四方，能觸發攝影靈感，亦可擴闊眼界。

4. 一鏡走天涯

當布列松工作的時候，曾用上不同的鏡頭，但他自己拍攝時，其實只用他的50mm，他的相機早就變成他的眼睛。的確，我們可以的話，都值得嘗試不同的鏡頭，因為確實有所不同，但繼續下去的話，就應該專注並習慣同一枝，於是你就可以隨時隨地構圖，在腦中便知道用相機拍出來會是甚麼樣子。

5. 拍攝小孩子

拍攝小孩子在街上的自然耍樂，是布列松其中一項厲害之處，捕捉他們自然神態，快樂、自在、好奇與蠱惑，都是非常出色的題材，而且他們根本不害怕鏡頭，甚至無視之，唯一考慮的可能是今日要小心，不要被人誤以為是變態。

6. 學懂不顯眼

要拍攝出街道自然的一面，就要學懂別惹途人注意，布列松甚至會用手巾包著相機，減少觸目程度。看過他的錄像，就可以發現他拍攝時非常敏捷，又快又俐落，並且盡可能隱藏自己，我們街拍時也可以學習，看到好的場景，就快速起拿起相機，然後拍攝，在別人注意到你之前就完成。

7. 以畫家的眼光看世界

其實布列松進入攝影世界之前，他可是先對繪畫產生興趣，然後他更把繪畫的美學套用在攝影上，更有趣是，當他年紀再大，卻又回到了繪畫的世界。這裏是一個啟示，我們不要只看攝影作品，事實上多留意其他視覺藝術同樣可以激發攝影的創作，例如 Edward Hopper 就是一個懂繪畫的街拍攝影師。

8. 不裁剪

布列松是強烈反對裁剪照片的，他堅信照片在按下快門的一刻就已經完成，照片構圖不夠好，直接就捨棄它。雖然這個取態人人不同，但是盡可能不要剪裁，避免自己惰於構圖，努力磨練攝影的洞察力，絕對是好事。

9. 不沉迷後製

雖然布列松懂得黑房技術，但他還是把照片交給信任的人來處理，自己抽更多時間來拍攝。這個年代幾乎人人都有電腦，有些攝影師太沉迷於後製技術，這會倒過來妨礙我們的攝影技術，點到即止，是一種不能忽視的態度。與其花盡心思補救一張劣作，不如拿相機出來多拍幾張。

10. 向前看

曾經有人想討好布列松，將他的經典作品全都印出來掛在展覽室內，然而布列松看兩眼就走了，他並不駐足沉醉自己的作品。或者我們每人都有一些很滿意的作品，懂得欣賞是好，但謹記提醒自己，必須向前看，拍出下一張更好的作品，否則沉迷在過去，永遠只能原地踏步。

Free Friend

Which much of grateful, finally we are able to drawn up some free time for both of us, we successfully meet up in this semester, I believe I am so happy and maybe the only mentor do it so.

To avoid lonely and boring Sunday, I decisively decide travel to KL, have my 3rd personal trip, and meet with my old friends.
SingK , shopping, dinner, chatting, attending lecture.
Fit in their lifestyle made me feel comfortable.

Wayne and Melton, are always the touches friends that I have, they are leaving over the semester.
But we still can have un-ended conversation thru the whole night.

We still able to sing loudy, without restriction and hesitation.
That is only my style. Aware I still have friends, just sometimes far apart from me.

I like to have free friend, which mean free from hesitation and restriction
and we are able to express ourselves freely without concerning over others,
and yet, we have common ideology, we have the mutual acceptance over each others pattern,
Wayne is a talented guy, with full of enthusiastic, high IQ and strong mindset maintain his personality.
Melton is a hardworking girl, with full of stability, empathy and understanding.

It's worth so much that travelling far to KL.I believe they feel this so.
I believe the true friendship came when I still naive, the first event i joined.

Glad to see my juniors are growing.
Appreciate for the experience to be your mentor.

But I am quite tired with handle photography stuff which
I think UTAR will have people can do it.

1.2k total crowded. 188 pairs participants.

1 amazing event

It's worth for my uncountable sleepless night.

The feelings is more than the words can describe.

It's not only enjoy, but also learnt, experienced much from this event.

Some people deny our idea, some people doubt with us.

Some people keep up their hand, stand a side and waiting us to fail.

I don't know why, I just realize, much of my friends,

don't join my idea.

It's okay, it's fine.

I don't say about the quality of relationship, this is reality.

I am crazy, and you are the conventional.

Say that I am dreaming.

In the end we did it.

因为JR II Assignment, 需要交上一份 Interview report.
Coursemate也在忙着约lecture啦, HoD 啦, expertise 啦...
但有些只是找有职业经验的人来写下，要知道Journalism 不是盖的，

可能你的一天吃饭大便，Journalism 也可以分析出一个5页的Article 来，
Feature Writing 就是其中一个例子, 人家写一篇半面的文章，
我们竟然可以分析到12页，另一组竟然写到20页，
这绝非夸张，不然Journalism 也不会这么少人读了。

回到主题，当拿到题目时就想下，我身边都很多学生中的大人物，
我们称Student Leader, 因为我本身也算半个Student Leader,
跟某些Leader还算熟络。本来打算选Waltz Chairman - Wincent
但因为又忙又拖了又急着要叫，
所以就找了另一个也不简单的Chairman - Jason Yeah.
聊天不到30mins, 因为我本来就大概知道他故事的，
所以蛮轻松的完成了这个interview assignment.

Short hair, slightly muscular, round face, dark skin, with one pairs of sharp eyes, this is how this leader looks like. Broad shoulder, firm posture, tell you that he have the personality of man above peoples.

Society and vice chairman of Entrepreneurship society.” Jason answered.

However this not the answer I want, “How about other than these?” I asked, I am coming for more information. “Okay, some others current project in my hand are E994 safety emergency plan, Business camp trainer project, Nike Run Road Show leader, Standard Charted Marathon Director, and so on.” Wow, he is winning not only in the campus, but also the outside business world. The answer “so on” is because, he still got other achievement, that he thinks might be minor for himself, and forget about it.

“Wow, you still have organized many events inside campus right?” I asked.

“Yap, but already start to unload and leave to the juniors”, Jason explain, “I want to focus more on my other business.” This is the different mindset from Jason, which you still stay in campus, worried with assignment and presentation, the leaders are actually starting to practice their knowledge, in campus area, or outside world.

“Okay, since you ask about it, it’s fine to tell you my story in campus” “The first event I organized in UTAR was Talent Time 2010, which lead me to meet with another business brothers, Wincent Ch’ng, we having consensus to do something big inside the campus.” Jason continued, “We get the opportunity when DSA Officer, Ms Esther pass the project - Moon Cake Festival.”

“However, it’s a very difficult and full of challenges in organizing event, this is a big event.” “I treat the event as one company business operation, team members are my subordinate” this mindset is what he did always. “However, we did not pay the team, they are not hired by me, they just join the team, and we are still students!” Therefore when the event, facing a lot difficulties, people start to leave the team, one by one, the team is friable, the most under pressure will be the leader. “I have thought of give up and just organize this as small event” Jason told me “But this is an opportunity to learn! I start to know who have commitment and responsibility in the team, who are talented and ability on different task, I start to understand more of my team, although we lose some man, but we are getting closer, the team stayed, are still better than the big but fragmented team.” “I have to try to persuade, convince people to stay, invite for new people to fulfill the slot, it is a different experience.”

“So we plan, and brainstorm for different idea” “We come out some different idea – changing the venue of this festival to Sport Complex which no one in UTAR tried before, changing the name into Chinese Culture Week which the event will last for one whole week, and the most important we initiate and try to approach celebrity, to improve the value of our event”

“The budget is over 15k, with the outdoor PA system, stage decoration and celebrity fees, it’s freaking risky, and we need to sell 1.4k tickets to break even.” Jason said. “Many things never happened in UTAR before, but we have to do it.”

“In the end, what is the result of the event?” I am asking just want him to elaborate more, I know Chinese Culture Week was a great event happened in campus, I have attended as participants, and the night was awesome. “We successfully break even in 2 days before the event, 1.8k tickets sold, makes us become the biggest event in this campus, we did it!”

The different and creative mindset that he have, is think everything broader, where seek all the opportunities surrounded him. But no leaders are born; they improve through experience and learn.

“Who inspire you before?” I want to know the initiator of Jason mindset.

“Puan See, my teacher in form 4, she told me, an ordinary student boy with a little bit of naughty, said “You have the potential to do something big, why don’t you try to explore your own potential and make a shake in this world? Why don’t make it big?”, this word was inspired me until now.” “Besides, I have read a book, written by Robbert Kiwasaki – Rich Dad and Poor Dad, this book was inspired me a lot of ideas and different mindset.”

A teacher, a book can found a leader, therefore we said teachers are playing important role in one person life. “I meet my next mentor in last year, Ben Aw, he encouraged me and assisting me in different aspect, such as giving me opportunities, giving me advice in my business and life.”

Besides, he seeks for self-development and learning in daily life. As an entrepreneurship student, he have given opportunities learn and write proposal plan about business organization, they are able to analysis the market, learn how to systematically managing people and leadership.

Moreover, Jason has good self-discipline characteristic, he read different kind of inspirational material, read business case studies every day, viewing relating video for own idea generating, talk to experience and knowledgeable man to gain something from them. He is actively attending business seminars and workshops to catch up every opportunity to developing himself. He is an active learner.

“Do you face any challenges during you practicing this?”

“Sure, people think I am business maniac, not a student” Jason said loudly, “in their mindset, student should focus in study and perform well in exam, completing assignment, and enjoying the max in campus life, why I have to step out from this comfort zone so fast?” “It is very difficult to meet someone who is understood and me, and agree with my mindset.” “I might just think of throw away my task, date a girl, chatting and gossiping with friend easily every day, enjoy my campus life” “Sometimes I feel down as well, especially during stressful period, when the assignment and task come together.”

“So what will do during this?”

“I will talk to others, my mentors to seek for guidance. Read some motivation books, to continue my enthusiasms”. “Don’t look at others, complete your own things, only you will feel better.”

“Good advice! What is your future plan?”

Currently Jason support by some organizations, such as UTAR Young Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurship Society, International Young Entrepreneurs and Azione Captital.

“I still wan develop and try more different things, besides I also try to contributing some assisting guidance to the juniors, attach them to the business world, training them.” “I hope my experience can really enlighten juniors to achieve higher”

“What I want to tell juniors before I end my interview, I have some famous quotes by me, “People say don’t be nobody, and be somebody. I say don’t be somebody, be the one!” “Be dependable, when you say your words, mean it!”

“I hope I can be the agent of changes in UTAR, I love UTAR”

I am event photographer since i own a DSLR,
with people always asking us for free services.
We run up run down, walk here and there.
Back home process for photos for them in few days,
rushing as assignment. Stay our camera on risk, giving our shutter count.

With no paid, sometimes no appreciation.

It's tiring if you doesn't get acceptance from this kind of works.
Not much people will cope with it and stay with this,
but some photographers still doing so, why.
Me, as well.

不简单，这周末的行程绝对不简单。
从星期六12am开始，就挖人来聊天。。
然后聊到5am...!
准备就上金马伦拍照，然后一直拍到7pm才回到家，
清理下倒头就睡了，然后12am醒来，吃宵夜喝茶聊天，
然后到3am,然后online下睡一会儿，
6am又再出发到太平了，然后拍了一整天，又是6~7pm回到家，
再睡，然后11pm爬起来宵夜，喝了两轮，到4am才睡!

大约这两天52小时- 在外头 24小时,睡了12小时，喝茶喝了16小时!
荒谬的生活哦...

还是在大家都忙着assignment 的期间>.<.

婚纱外拍-摄影

又在白忙中抽空，一群人借了婚纱，跑上金马伦山摄影，绝对累+累的旅途，
从早上6点出发到9点才回到家，跑了3个地点，又跑去bryan的studio.
借了bryan的SB800 来玩了下，加上studio equipment, 哇直接被毒到了，闪灯势在必买!!

First Attempt to wedding photography ----- 第一次婚摄

因为bryan的邀请,然后再考试这期间百闷中抽空，跑去帮人家婚摄，
是几紧张下咯，人家的一生人的大事，做不好自己会内疚的。
当然要学到很多很多东西下，从white balance 到 image 到 timing,
无一不可忽视，要做当然要给人家最好的啦.
而且我的器材严重不足!! 急需 flash.!!

KL - The City

2 hours more to the train to depart from KL central, with no place to go,
I walk around there have some shoot for buildings, show the civilization of our capital city.
This our capital city - Kuala Lumpur
Buildings surrounded, LRT flow on your head, people rushing for fast step, car speeding beside you, working labor on the high expose to the sky, the buildings can cover your sky, another side is making height.
Can you breath in this city?
It's just too fast for photography.

离上火车的时间还有两小时，这不长不短的时间在KL是不可以去哪里玩了。
就在KL Central 四周逛下，拍摄首都吉隆玻的建筑，带出我国的繁荣感。

钢骨水泥大厦，轻快铁在你头上飞过，人群匆匆的脚步，汽车飞驰，
劳工们顶着太阳在工作，天空被建筑遮盖，还有许多高楼在等待。

这世界，太快。

悠闲的游摄

今天又跑出去拍照了，但这次外拍不是人像哦，而是风景摄影，如果不懂的人一定会闷，因为没有美女嘛。。。但是我还是玩到很爽下。。

而且这次拍照最没有压力，人像摄影需要拍好不然model会觉得你noob, 这么美的一个人，却拍到这么丑。而且需要注意很多细节上的东西，要看曝光构图，而且还跟model配合交流。

但今天可以坐在那边发呆，想着自己要的画面，才开始找。而且玩随拍。

I doubt with the owners of cameras, which is the standard of photographer. We shoot photos, play with graphics and images. Are we photographer?

In long time ago, camera was expensive devices, and pictography, are not in our mind concept. People are like to communicate through texting (SMS and Email); sharing their experience through talking, and always come out with the words “I can’t describe this feeling through words, its amazing”. People were not trying to shoot photo easily, because the shooting cost film, and it cost RM0.50 to print out, and you can’t share it digitally in computer or internet. Peoples keep their photos in album, and take only 64 or 128 photos back from travelling, because we don’t bring bulks of film while travelling.

But somehow, with the inventions of digital camera, DSLR, Photoshop, people tend to try new things, with innovations of idea. People are showing their experience through many photos, they are proud with capturing photos, and being captured. It is good to keep your memories, and sharing your happy moments.

But somehow, have some simple photo editing software name 美图秀秀 or 可牛 has invented. People start to try some artistic sense of image rather than simple “peace and smile” photos. That’s good.

But somehow, a culture named themselves as “deviance”, Chinese named “非主流” from Taiwan or China, has an influential impact among teenagers. With the inventions of internet and Facebook or other social networking websites, these “ideology” spread rapidly. They changed the sense of beauty of dominant culture. With shooting overexposed images, low quality high noise images, over warm white balanced, adding some decorative wordings beside without understanding the artistic value, they commented as “feeling”. Do you understand arts and feelings?

I am far away from my topic, let get back to the point. Some people try to buy better camera, to complete their “feelings”. With capturing the blue sky and white clouds, the mountain scene out of their house, slow shutter of night scene, the star shaped lights, and car’s light track, they become landscape photographer. With holding a DSLR in front of pretty girls, they become portrait photographer. With a photo that holding a camera and self-shooting in front the mirror, a self-portrait photo of covering half of face with the DSLR, they called themselves as photographer.

People attracted by the simplicity of photography world, seems like photography is the easiest arts. With buying a good DSLR let you output with high quality images, seems like you are entering the world of arts. You want to become an artist. But the truth is, DSLR is only a devices can make high quality images and yet, the artistic value of are still from you, your inside content, in Chinese called “内涵”.

DSLR is just like a LV bag or Padini shirts, its increase your status, make you have sense of proud, but these have no relationship with arts. A photographer holding a good DSLR will outcome with good images, just like a model wearing the shirts, they are arts, with what they have, photographer with pretty good skills, and model with pretty outlook. Is their value makes devices valuable? It’s complement.

Before anyone buys the camera, you’re advised to think twice. You are just buying an expensive toy, but not becoming a photographer. A photographer is a photographer before they have camera. A photography sense is in your heart, but not the camera.

I am not towards anyone, I am questioning myself, after having my D3100 with portrait lens, is time for me to think about. We have to think about, the value of “PHOTOGRAPHER”.

Broga Hill

想把我的blog转型为photoblog, 但也还需要多些照片，所以怎样也要update多一些有照片的post, 所以最近除了一直UTAR Ball 之外，我还抽空到Broga Hill Trip,因为这是之前答应好的。

整个trip我是主要的photographer, 所以当然就要负责拍照啦。想风景的同时，还要照顾是不是每个人都被cover到，毕竟大家内心都希望看到自己出现在照片中，漂亮的呈现。

此trip是两天一夜，行程紧凑，气氛热烈，大家都玩得很开心，也很精疲力尽下。
接下来当然是。。看照片啦~

單身萬歲 Long Live The Singles

既然发了一篇网上看到，很不错听的短片《单身万岁》，当然也想起自己也是个单身汉光棍一条，很多人觉得是缘分未到，但我觉得很多时候单身还是有很多原因的，尤其是有主动权利的男生。那么我也有想过自己为何单身，大概就得到以下的结果：

1. 外貌-脸不够帅，不会打扮。

外貌不是全部，但还是占很大的分数的。虽然我还不至于人心兽面的样貌，也不是不修边幅的艺术家，但就有些懒惰打扮啦。脸上充满熬夜岁月的痕迹，没有魁梧的身材，矮小。平时就T-shirt + Jeans/短裤,衣服是那种老土的单色线条式formal 也是很普通的线条式，而且来来去去就几件，头发也很少梳(因为驾motor咯), 同一双鞋穿一年，一个黑色的背包用4年，加上黑边眼镜，不讲话人家还以为我是呆子那一种。

2. 判断差- 错时间，做错事情

说真的还真的很差，整天做错事，会放女生飞机，迟到，喜欢怪招，乱出牌，还不是每个女生都可以了解的~

3. 只有motor车- 没有四轮车

这可是很现实的问题，没有车的话，很难制造浪漫，很难约得到人的。毕竟不多女生懂得欣赏驾两轮开蓬半自动车的爽快，而且还要戴个头壳的。

4. 朋友多

这个好像是优点来的wor，但最重要的是，认识的女生多，女生就难免觉得不安全，尤其是不够自信那种，哪里敢相信一个社交高手可以停留在她们身边？

5. 懒惰

这个是很常挂在嘴边的理由啦，毕竟追过女生后发觉会让自己其他方面百荒待兴的感觉，男人还是先以事业为重啦 =p

当然还有很多很多啦，看样子我真的是有问题，要改变下咯。

《单身万岁》^^

低调的哲学

低调是什么？低调不是安贫乐道，也不是在短缺单一时期所谓的“朴素”，更不是阿Q的“精神胜利法”，只有你的财富有了足够的积累，你才有可能在物质享受上保持低调。只有你在精神境界上有了足够的沉淀，你才有可能在精神生活上保持低调。

当然，并不是所有的成功者都会低调。在人面前肆意地享受成功，其实也是无可厚非的，毕竟取得巨大成功的人，一般不太可能甘心情愿保持低调。特别是在现代社会，高调可以创造名气，名气就是价值，谁能轻易放弃得了出名的机会。所以，我们可以套用一句话，“成功难，成功的人保持低调更难”。因为低调不仅仅意味着成功，还需要对成功有更深层的领悟。有道是:地低成海，人低成王。低调做人不仅是一种境界、一种风范，更是一种思想、一种哲学。

比尔·盖茨曾说过:“没有豁达就没有宽松。无论你取得多大的成功，无论你爬过多高的山，无论你有多少闲暇，无论你有多少美好的目标，没有宽容心，你仍然会遭受内心的痛苦。世界上最大的是海洋，比海洋更大的是天空，比天空更大的是人的胸怀。”低调的人总是微笑着，从从容容地对待一切。这种人开朗，心胸开阔。所有的痛苦和哀愁，都会在他的淡淡一笑中消失得无影无踪。

当然，低调不是一种直白的自我流露，它是一种修养、一种理念，是一种至高的精神境界。低调意味着一种自信，自信就是力量，自信就是勇气，自信可以使人消除烦恼，自信可以使人摆脱困境。有了自信，生活将充满了无限光明。

有品位的人不一定低调，有内涵的人也不一定低调，成熟的人也可以不低调，但是，反过来说，低调的人，更有品位，更有内涵，也更成熟。只有懂得低调做人的人，才能在社会的舞台上演好每一个角色，才能在人生的旅程中走好每一段路。

Fall Down Again

是有那么点失望，是有点出乎意料的失望，
毕竟还是有段时间，自己光辉岁月的两年，
就这样草草的收场，连一个happy ending都不给。

真的有时候一句话，
不及时享受，不一定有到顶峰的时候。
不好好把握，真的会失去很多。

也许自己还在努力进步，难免挫折，
失败的作品总有一堆，
小小的失败看不见自己的弱点。

我还是一样转身就走，让我失败一百次，
我也要尽力九十九次，失败到自己一无所有为止。

今天跌倒了，明天的我，请站起来，继续奔跑。

《初恋这件小事》

最近大家讲我很懒惰写,但又很想update wor,因为都不update facebook 了.

这次update 了一部戏，某天凑巧在某个人的profile 看到了trailer,

就去找出来，是一部泰国戏哦..当然有中文字幕啦，

泰国女主角很水下哦

这是男生看的重点，

而且故事蛮有意思蛮感动的，

适合女生看。

故事内容大概讲一个女生暗恋了一个学长很久，

而且为他改变然后。。

剩下的自己看。hehe

有点跟九把刀的《那些年追过的女孩》的故事情节差不多，

只是，是女的暗恋男的罢了。

有兴趣看整部戏的人，自己找download,

有时多想，不用写报告，不用赶research,不用present, 不用读书，
轻松惬意的，拍拍照，写写部落，
参与一些活动，晚上找朋友喝茶聊天，
才忘了，原来自己曾经也有这样的生活，
当时的我不是如此吗，原来是我不知足，胡思乱想的空虚，
当你努力改变你的生活，却发觉你失去得最多，
走不会，只好继续走吧，但愿有天突然有个转弯处，当你回转，
却又继续追求。
原来，生命是个圆，有人转得快，有人转得慢，
有人说生命至少要转完一圈，过完这世界，
有人转了两三圈，有人只转了半圈，
但，最终都回到原点。

第二+第三次外拍

在这两个星期里面，我连续出席了两次外拍，其中一次在我生日当天(生日还拍照),在学校里面拍，然后第二次就在上星期日飞到某个瀑布(我不知道名字),可惜天不作美，照片拍得蛮少，且没机会换model 拍，大家(拍与被拍的) 都觉得非常好玩下，其中第二次外拍更有三位高手- 2个5DM2+ 1个D700，他们的功力都非常不简单，而且也非常虚心教导我们这班新手们，而且我发觉我的技术进步了不少，摄影成功率也提高了很多，对照片要求也越来越高，越来越挑，以前100张自己感觉20~30张可以看,现在100张就觉得6~7可以过关而已。
顺便想大家再次推广我的Picasa Web Album , 你看到我的blog左边那个widget, 可以按进去看我的图片的，所以废话不多说，看图，尽量给comment吧~

瓶颈

我又有点骄傲了。
有点自我满足，有点停止进步，满足现况。
停止改变，忘记我应该改变了。

一次的挫折，让我清醒，爬起来，甩开众人独自狂奔，
拼命奔跑，向前不看方向的奔跑，
离开那样子都快半年了，我只有越来越好，
放下包袱的我，奔跑起来没人跟上。

突然不知为何，停下来环顾四周，众人似乎远远在我后方，
我微笑了，我赢了吗？
只不过暂时的，生命是不断的奔跑，我赢得了这一堆人，
前面还有一堆人呢，我怎么可以停止呢？

照片拍来拍去，不是看构图就是看光线，
调的也是光圈快门感光度，
在不看主题，颜色，表情
忘了那份感觉是什么了，
作家们的瓶颈，摄影也会遇到了，
拍下去，不知什么是美，
什么是自己，什么是照片，
不知什么是摄影的感觉了。

我来到了瓶颈，我需要突破
我需要兑现，兑现我的努力，
明天的我，请继续奔跑。

第一次外拍!

最近没有什么能比摄影更能激动我了，在家上网也是在阅读各种相关资料，天天在计划要买外闪还是镜头先。而这一次，我非常幸运的，阴差阳错的click进去了人家的一个外拍活动，

就这样，这就是我第一外拍，而且有model的那一种, 废话少说，就看照片吧~

照片看起来不错，还亏这个model很上镜好拍，可惜我的skill 不够pro, 有点浪费了model，但这次人像外拍真的让我学习很多，而且我也发现我的进步蛮快，但还有很多很多很多可以学习得地方!!

这年头的孩子

这年头的孩子，是不需要教的。
他并不需要你去告诉他，该做什么，不该做什么，
他身边围绕的是朋友，听的看的，是这世界，
他在成长，你却很少改变了，他的变化是与时代并进的，
你怎样都要慢了他几拍，

他的世界也许暂时由你管理，但有一天还是要还给他的，
也许今天还听你的，明天随时都可以不理你。

也许你吃的盐比他吃的饭还多，但这个时代不一定是吃饭罢了，
他们都喜欢吃泡面薯条麦当劳，
也许有某些是你不喜欢的，但你不能禁止他去喜欢。

这年头的孩子，管不来的，
天天都有许多人在讲，他们小时候是因为不听话才成功，
他们看见一个国家都可以被推翻，一个极权的人物都可以倒台，
他们都明白这个世界没有绝对的权利，
没有人需要绝对的服从谁，

这年头的孩子，别让他只会与你打交道，让他怕你，听你的，

这世界最后会回到孩子们手里，

你该让他懂得怎么尊重其他的孩子，怎么与其他的孩子相处。

因为那是他的方式，影响他一生的。

这年头的孩子，是用身体力行来教的，
你做什么，你孩子看了觉得好，觉得喜欢，
他自然模仿你，他自然会想要向你学习。

这年头的父母师长们，把你自身最宝贵的优点留给孩子们吧。

New year? Still photography

It's 初五 nw, the 5th days of Chinese New Year. Many people complain that
the Chinese New Year this year is bored, than previous year, without reason,
or don't know the reason, but most of us can feel that, there is nothing special
for the CNY this year. Maybe is just for me.

However, my stories for this CNY is not angpao, new clothes or gambling.
Yea, I am D3100-addicted, I am very excited with my new bought lens

So, my CNY still photography, I am glad to be a photographer among friends,
among relatives, floating around just to shoot and shoot. Yeah

The F1.8 has bumps up the sharpness of my photo,even improve the lightness.
And i found another skills to learn - Cropping.
35mm is a wide range to shoot, and sometimes u will get something will mess up
your photo. So, crop image carefully.

Other than photography, do I have any much to says?

Yes my life not so mono, meet 1 old friends in new year eve,

this is a great decision i made, step out from my house and not complaining for boring.

Hct, my old brothers, everything can be changed, starting your step to change,

it's suffer, but I have go through, I believe you can did it too.

NS friends, world's change as our hair is grew, enjoy your journey in the future.

Friends, I am changing too fast maybe, but it is better than slow.

独立与孤立

很多人都认为，成熟了，长大了，就不可以依赖人，要有独立生活的能力。
不可以依赖家人，因为已经依赖十多二十年了，要自立，自己养自己。
不可以依赖朋友，因为朋友会变，朋友会厌，
所以要在没有朋友的情况下也快乐生活。
不可以依赖这世界任何人事物，因为世界会变，自己最可靠。

但读过科学，社会学的人都懂，人，不是独居动物，是群居动物，
所以一个成熟形态的人，应该是属于群居形态，
所以一个成熟的人，应该是能适应群居形态，
而不是遭遇挫折时就退回窝里的，

也许你可以说，孤孤单单，寂寞寂寞就好，
反正还是一样活着，每天还是与不同人交流。
与人保持距离，封闭自我，未必是离群的行为，因为还活着。

但很可惜的是，你浪费了群居生活最重要的特点，也是
人与人之间最重要的元素- 关系。
在一个群居生活中，你会有不同的关系，家人，朋友，

而你却选择因为想要看起来更独立成熟，所以凡是只靠自己，
那只可以告诉你，那是很不成熟的行为，
那只会让你脱离人类的成熟形态了。

当然人长大了要有一定的自我能力，称之为独立，
但可有哪个独立的人是只靠自己的，
岂不知当你拒绝他人，也是拒绝自己的能力，
他人的帮助，也是一种能力，
一种在别人身上，也对自己有益处的能力？

独立不是孤立，独立有很多朋友，孤立没有朋友。
请问你长大了，你是孤立，还是独立？
